Coming from the partnership programme of Microsoft ventures which was reported to have extended to Africa, Microsoft had signed three agreements as strategic cooperation agreements with three incubator organizations under the 4Afrika initiative and they are for CcHub in Nigeria, DTBi in Tanzania and AfriLabs – the pan-African hub Network.
