Royal Academy of art Antwerp graduate Angelo Van Mol’s career was off to a bright start when his graduation collection won him the best menswear designer award at Arise Magazine fashion week years ago. He moved to London to horn his craft on Savile Row with a coveted head designer role at Ozwald Boateng. He has since moved on and focused on the foundation of mens wardrobes, shoes. His footwear always had intricate details and it comes as no surprise that he’s focusing on footwear for now. For ss14 he continued production in Italy with the skilled artisans he’s always worked with to make sure the desired level of craftsmanship was attained. He’s been able to fuse Savile Row elements with his more avant-garde aesthetic and in the process created hybrids that work well in formal or informal occasions. Shop the collection here now.
