Following the heated debate during the Columbia Africa Economic Summit hosted by Lola Ogunnaike and the recent discussions on here, London based designer and Anita Horsfall of Anita Quansah London continued an educating exchange of tweets. Not everyone will get the chance to be mentored directly by these hardworking African creatives but you can learn from their wisdom that comes with years of running successful businesses. The African fashion industry is still relatively a niche industry, but to grow we need to have these sort of open dialogues where people are frank. In my opinion, it will foster growth, so lets all embrace it.
